Ms. Paulen Chan, a Chinese-Canadian Citizen for more than 30 years, studied in Economic and Finance at Simon Fraser University.
Ms. Chan, is a very successful businesswoman. Not only does she contribute her time with various charitable non-profit organizations. She has also sucessfully ran businesses in retail, export/trading, and food services.
For the last decade, she has been involved with financial services, and has been qualified to become a member of MDRT for the year of 2008.
Through a strategic partnership with Genesis Land Development Corporation(Public Company listed at Toronto TSX) - a Calgary based land and community developer since 1992. GenCap provides on-going projects that include land-secured real estate investment opportunities to local and global investors.
